Your Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement that represents a big step forward for workers at FreshCo. Your committee has unanimously endorsed this agreement.
To help you understand the terms of the tentative agreement and make an informed choice, we are hosting online information sessions via Zoom on Monday, March 3rd at 9 am and 6 pm. You do not need to attend both – pick the time that works best for you.
To prepare for the sessions, please find a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and a Summary Sheet highlighting the improvements of your next collective agreement here.
Union Representatives and your Bargaining Committee members will also be visiting stores next week to answer any questions you may have.

The next step toward finalizing the collective bargaining process is to complete a ratification vote. Your bargaining committee strongly recommends voting in favour of this new agreement.
This vote will be conducted online through Simply Voting and will open on Wednesday, March 5 at 9am and will close on Friday, March 7 at 2pm.
You will be sent your voting information via email on March 5 at 9 am. If you know anyone who has not been receiving union emails, please tell them to reach out to the union office reception@ufcw1518.com so they can be added to the email list and given their voting credentials.
