The following behaviors directed towards employees by members are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated:

- Harassment: Any form of harassment, including sexual harassment or persistent unwanted communication.
- Intimidation or Threats: Behavior that intimidates, threatens, or coerces employees.
- Discrimination: Comments or actions that discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected grounds.
- Physical Aggression: Any form of physical violence or threat of violence.
- Disrespectful Behavior: Any actions that undermine the dignity of employees, including but not limited to shouting, name-calling, or derogatory comments.
Consequences
Members exhibiting unacceptable behaviors will face the following consequences:
- Immediate Intervention: Employees are empowered to terminate interactions that involve mistreatment.
- Warning: A formal warning may be issued for first-time offenses, detailing the unacceptable behavior.
- Termination of in-person services: Repeated offenses or severe violations will result services being offered only via written correspondence.
- Legal Action: In cases of severe threats or violence, law enforcement may be involved.
Reporting Procedures
Employees are encouraged to report any incidents of mistreatment. Reports will be treated confidentially and will be investigated promptly.
Training and Awareness
We commit to training our employees on how to handle member interactions professionally while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Review and Amendments
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
