Welcome to your Power Hour: Shop Steward Roles & Responsibilities! This one-hour session will provide a practical introduction to the role of a Shop Steward, outlining key responsibilities and expectations in the workplace. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of the role and be provided with some simple, effective tools to help them confidently support and represent members.
