In this course, stewards will learn more about the history of the labour movement, how to work more efficiently with their collective agreements and how to address grievances. We will explore some more advanced steward topics, including grievance investigations and discipline meetings. Through various exercises and case studies, participants will gain new knowledge and tools to empower their important role as the face of the union at work.
