Beginning with early voting from October 16-21, and on Election Day on October 24th, British Columbians will go to the polls for a provincial election. UFCW 1518’s members are in a strong position to make the difference in many ridings across our province. Make sure you’re prepared — use these resources to get yourself election-ready.
Make sure you’re eligible to vote. To register, you must be a Canadian citizen aged 18 or older. You can also register on election day, but it may take longer.
Elections BC will send a “Where to Vote” card to registered voters. Your “Where to Vote” card lists your assigned voting place on Final Voting Day and advance voting options in your electoral district. You can use this card as one of two pieces of voter ID, but you don’t need it to vote.
