We support the wellbeing of Indigenous workers by being a community where people feel safe, supported, and connected.

We advocate for meaningful Truth and Reconciliation through ongoing education, awareness, and respectful engagement.

We work collaboratively with our kin and allies to advance the rights of Indigenous workers and peoples, within workplaces, UFCW 1518, in policy at all levels of government, and in the communities we live in, with an open hand and an open heart to all.
