Budtenders work hard to give customers the best experience possible. Customers need to feel they’re getting the attention, advice and recommendations they need, and especially in a market like cannabis, customer experience is key to brand loyalty.

Too many stores aren’t giving budtenders the hours they need to properly look after customers and keep the store safe, clean and welcoming.
