We are seeking members to join the Social Action Committee – contact your union rep for information on joining.
We advocate for evidence-based social action and education rooted in the voices of members from equity-deserving communities. We recognize that unions are inherently political. They were created through a long history of political/labour struggle and are still part of a larger struggle for justice. In recognizing that history, we support UFCW 1518 to take action backed by research, education, communication, and partnerships.
