Founded in 2020, the BC Budtenders Union is a division of UFCW 1518 dedicated to helping budtenders and growers win new rights at work. From guaranteed minimum hours to improved pay scales and staff discounts, we've been at the forefront of standing up for workers in BC's private sector cannabis stores.
